It's was my second time visiting in 2 years and always enjoying the experience but this time, we had a bit of an accident, due to old wooden step that over the years of getting water just broke and injured my wife. The manager on duty was on and said once we are done with the spa facilities we need to come to her so that she can complete an incident report, we didn't want to spoil our relaxation time so said we will come before we leave. Went we reported to the front desk we were informed that she was not onsite... I feel she should have stayed or come to us to complete the report... I think just because we didn't want the incident to spoil our time she took that for we are ok and left us... Which was not the case.
