I was in late evening and there were no baskets by the door, I asked a member of staff if there were any baskets and she nonchalantly said there will be some by the end of the tills, and for me to go and find them, if she knew that then why had nobody gone and got them and put a supply near the door for new customers, it's basic store etiquette and the minimum of customer service principles!
After getting the few items I needed I went to the tills where only one was open, the queue was extending into the aisle but no members of staff, of which there were plenty all around the shop floor, deemed it necessary to open up another till to ease the queue.
If it wasn't for the friendly and polite cashier that was actually on the till I would have been saying that there is no good customer service at all.

Lovely place to walk the dogs and everyone we pass seems friendly.
