It's a good area to hold multiple conferences with respectable sizes. Especially since it connects between three hotels. However it's mostly good for conferences with turnouts of a maximum of 300 per place.

Very good local Catholic Church with an active community. Serves the Charles wood area well. Rather small, but still well-attended.

This is a unique forest area that could qualify as an 'urban forest.' A lot of good plant life and tree life that thrives out here. A lot of good animal life. However it does have human interference with garbage thrown around. An area worth liking and worth preserving.
