Twin Falls Walk Start
2024 Aug 06
Easy enough for a 4 year old to walk most of. What a great payoff for a shortish hike.  We if you start at the picnic area it's just about 1km to the falls (2km return).  You can keep going on for the full 4km walk but you still get some great views and obviously the waterfall is the main attraction.  Walking behind the falls was a cool item and getting in the falls pool was quite cold! Not pram worthy but our son walked almost all of it.  Just remember if you want the shorter hike just turn around at the falls.
Heron Way Playground

The playground is nothing to write home about. Has a slide that you go down slow despite it's height and a few swings with a few minor other pieces of equipment. Okay playground for toddlers, older kids will get bored. Nice views of beach and picnic tables under cover. Toilet is nearby too.

You have to see The Razorback and this is on your way. A very short walk from the car park. Pram accessible trail.

As a visitor staying at a nearby hotel this was one of the nicest subway stations and felt safe too. Recommend this over Queens Plaza Station
