This has to be the worst location based on the size of the location. There is absolutely no good reason why this location needs to be so inefficient. I have been an Avis Preferred customer for a few years based on a company contract with Avis. I have to many airports and this location is the worst, they seriously need a major overhaul on personnel training. I will drive to Orlando before I rent from this location again. I returned a minivan I exchanged in Jax Airport because I felt this vehicle should've never made it to the lot!

Went to driving range to work on my swing. If you don't take advantage of their driving range discount program, then give me a text and let me know where to pick up your unwanted money...Also, the practice area on the North end of driving range is in great shape too...
