There was no big wait to get in. Flowed nicely thru security. A couple bars to get drinks. The acoustics are nice. Security does a good job on the floor. Not many bathrooms I only was able to find one throughout the whole venue which causes long lines so plan accordingly. Smoking area is outside which is nice.

Incredible. Cannot put words into how beautiful the art is here. It is always busy and packed with people but if you take your time and submerse yourself in the art and not the business and crowds it will be one of the best experiences of your life without a doubt. Love it wish I could spend a while week here. Get a private tour it is well worth the money.

Went for a Halloween cruise. There wasn’t nearly enough bartenders for the amount of people onboard. 8 bartenders for 1500 people. The drinks were real expensive, 15$ for a basic mixed drink and 9$ for a beer. Wasn’t able to bring an item of my costume onboard because it was deemed “too hard of plastic“ was told by the crew they would have it for me to pick up after the cruise but that was a lie. It was nowhere to be found. Overall a subpar experience.
