Worst experience ever! Total lack of respect from the sales clerk. She called security on me as I was paying for the item that I had come to try on because they didn’t have it in a nearby Banana republic store. Reason for calling security: I pulled down my mask while trying on the item and there was nobody within 20 feet of me. She threatened to throw me out of the store. I pulled up my mask after trying on the item and proceeded to the cash, where she took exception to my complaint about her tone and threats. At no point did I yell, insult, swear, or threaten the clerk. My card was in the machine when she called security. I had her cancel the transaction and left. 0 stars for the branch at Promenades Saint Bruno. I’ve been buying clothes at many Banana Republic stores for years. Never before have I encountered such behaviour from a salesperson there.
