I ORDERED FOOD FOR DELIVERY AND THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE OWNER TOLD ME IT MUST BE MY HAIR, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WONT BE ORDERING FROM BAUMGARTS EVER.

I came to this Zara and had the worst experience of my life. I asked the manager for assistance with finding a specific item. Not only was he rude but also spoke to me in a condescending manner when I asked him for assistance. I proceeded to ask for another manager, when I spoke to that manager she was also not helpful and had horrible customer service. When I spoke to the man who was initially rude to me, I asked for his name and he told me he didn’t have to provide it to me. I then told him I was going to call customer service and report him and his direct words were “have fun”. I am genuinely appalled at the unprofessional of the manager and I cannot believe Zara would hire someone like this to represent their company. I will never step food into any Zara again. I could not believe I experienced such unprofessionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS ZARA LOCATION. THIS IS THE ZARA MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING, SARCASTIC, AND UNHELPFUL.
