The best Michelin restaurant I've been to.
The food was amazing, the non-alcoholic pairing was spot on and complimented the courses very well.
The staff were really nice and the manager even played a little guessing game with us which was really fun.
You know the chefs really care when they come to serve you the food themselves.
I will definitely come back again in the future.

We arrived at Michelin-starred FIELD Restaurant, excited to celebrate our engagement that happened earlier that day.
We sat down and decided to go for the large Degustation menu for the occasion with one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic pairing to go along with the meal (price was around 11280 czk before the tip - which is around 460 euros, and we added 10% on top of that).
We told our waiter that we got engaged today, and he showed no emotion whatsoever, didn't even smile, while the table next to us congratulated us. A very strange start to the evening.
Barely 10 minutes go by, and we got 3 amuse bouche to start with before the menu itself, with the waiter explaining it really fast - barely understood him and what we were eating, and he was impatient to say the least - this was a recurring theme.
From that moment forward, the pace of courses was impossible. We got the entire Degustation menu in less than 2 hours - almost 10 courses. The table next to us that congratulated us, was at the 4th course when we arrived, and we caught up to them by the end of the meal.
We felt unwelcome there as if they wanted us to eat very fast, pay and leave.
We finished our water glasses and 4 waiters went by our table before we had to ask them for more water - this should never happen in a Michelin starred restaurant.
As for the food - if it was amazing, I would be far more forgiving for the horrible service, but it was not.
The courses were very beautiful, not tasty, unbalanced - flavor wise and very different (in a bad way) from every other Michelin starred restaurant we've been to in Prague itself and in the world.
