I was on a tourism trip to the smithzonian museums and walked in to buy some things. A thin black old lady started shouting at me since the very begining when she said "next in line" and I didn't understand her due to her face mask and accent.
She insisted me to pay by "tapping" my card on the machine despite my attempts to explain her my foreign card doesn't work that way and asking her to let me slice it. I told her I didn't wanted doble plastic bag due to ecological reasons buy she didn't cared. She never stopped yelling at me, it was the rudest experience I had in my entire time in DC

The lady that served me was very gentle.
The coffee, food and decoration is pretty regular. They could do better with the few neglected tables outside that doesn't invite you to sit on them at all
