I’d just like to solely address the customer service I received last night at Izakaya M by the waitress, named “Pearl.” Respectfully, I didn’t like the way you handled my visit last night. I don’t appreciate the wrong food order twice and the belittling attitude. I’m sorry that I needed a couple more napkins and extra eel sauce. You also made my partner feel like asking for the bill was such a big task for you when we finished. I understand that you’re only human and may even have other things going on, but that still doesn’t give you the right to treat your clientele negatively. Food was great and ambiance was fine but it’s the experience that weighs more on the clients. For that I am not going to host my grandmother’s 80th birthday there.
