My new e-bike had a flat that I was determined to fix myself. After the struggle to remove the rear tire, I just couldn't get the tire off the rim. Having been to The Bike Zone years ago with previous bikes, I remembered their great service. So off to their store with my rear wheel. Lisa checked me in and said they'd notify me when it was done in a day or so. Approximately 2-3 hours later she called letting me know it was fixed. Absolutely excellent. The tire is back on and I'm up and running. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
