Love the clothes here but I had a very unpleasant experience. The staff were extremely rude!! All the staff I interacted with need a lesson in customer service...

Ahead of time I rang up to ask what time the store closed and was told 4pm. At 3pm I ended up being the last person in the change room as I soon found out they were actually closing at 3! I was very apologetic but treated only with absolute rudeness and disrespect. When I apologized to one staff member in particular he actually rolled his eyes at me. On top of this he opened up the shutter door to let me out only less than a meter high so I almost had to crawl out of the store! When I got home I discovered they had left the security tags on which meant I couldn't even wear the clothes until I returned back to the store where I was again treated with utter rudeness. Overall awful experience, definitely not going back to that store. I would implore that Bershka company take a good hard look at their hiring and staff training practices because they are very lacking. Have never had a retail experience this poor before.
