Visited a friend here today for the first time this weekend.. I've gone past this place a bunch (as has any Portlander who rides MAX) but now that I've gotten a look around inside it's very nice!
Most people think the location is the only selling point (it gets brought up too much) but even if this place was very far away and had no Transit access, I would still think it was a nice building!

Looking to move here? Look no further! This is the most wonderful place! Lots of amenities and beautiful environment! Nice people and great property!
