Well after being a customer for 10+ years my wife and I finally made the decision to move on after the service steadily declined over the past 5 years. We provided multiple opportunities to the staff to earn our business and the lack of follow through and excuses as to why became the reason. We requested quotes for a pool safety cover and after 3 years got one and it is still not installed properly after the first winter and even the owner came out and still left with an open side....... Also for the third year in a row upon opening there was damage that no one shared with us. Delivered the incorrect chemicals that we have never used before at opening which we pre-pay for....... When we contacted them about this they shared they do not return chemicals and provided excuses no solutions. Not bad people just don't listen, follow up or seem to really care. Disappointing to say the least :(

The review was posted after years of trying even previous to today's environment. Employees and customers do expect a lot as they should. This was an opportunity for this business to own the concerns we have had and have decide not to and pass on the blame. Train better, pay better and you with retain amazing people that provide amazing service that care. In return customers will pay more for better service. Fast food was referenced but is that really a fair comparison to a pool safety cover that cost $5000 and still does not securely covering our pool in the winter to protect our dogs? If you wish to improve this opportunity is being provided.
