The clothes are alright and the store wasn't too messy, but the customer service at this location was terrible. I was feeling a bit ill today and enjoyed the fresh air outside while my mother spent 45 minutes shopping and trying on. I was not greeted or offered assistance despite entering the store 3 separate times. At the end our visit, when my mom got in the checkout line because I was feeling too sick to continue, we had to wait 15 minutes. Apparently if you spend $600 in their store you get to cut to the front of the line. When it was our turn, we were informed that the sign on display didn't apply to those items on the table - and there was nothing the manager could do. As a former retail supervisor, I know that there's always something you can do. Talking down to my mother and telling her she just didn't understand the BOGO sales was not it.

I understand that losing out on a $70 sale might not be a priority to this company, but in a time when brick-and-mortar stores are dropping like flies, customer service should be.
