Nice area for a walk/jog. Dog friendly. Usually well lit during dawn/dusk and on nice days in the sun and breezy all day.

Really nice for a short walk and the street art is truly beautiful.

Convenient to the airport but older silver line buses ride about as smooth as a covered wagon... I recommend not drinking any beverages unless you want to wear them.
