This place is good in almost every season.
On new years, you watch the fire works here.
In spring, you can come by to sit under the cherry blossom trees.
In winter, you can enjoy the beautifully lit tunnel.
In summer you can enjoy the fountain, the sun, and the water.
The park itself is rather small and there's almost no parking nearby. But it's charming and worth a visit.

The place is very clean and the staff are really nice. Food came out almost immediately.
The food itself was mediocre. It is certainly not authentic. The ramen didn't taste much better than store bought and the broth was far too sweet.
I kind of regret dining here because I was looking for authentic Japanese in my trip to new York.
