Very dirty. No maintenance. Overhead possibilities of coconuts falling. Lots of water snake's, not safe. Doesn't look like a natural spring as it is grilled all sides.

Some lights on the football ground not working since three weeks, one side fence is low so the ball going out cannot be retrieved because there is deep gutter where water flows and the depth is low where you cannot go to bring the ball, once the ball falls outside the fence you cannot get it back. Balls are expensive, more than 1000 ₹. Management should do weekly, monthly inspection and should have a checklist and keep the track of items which needs high priorityand low priority. Important is to raise the fence, also maintenance is poor. Need to recruit experience and dedicated person who has experience working abroad as will bring changes. Recruiting person with high degree will not help, shoudl have working experience overseas. All the best
