Cava has great food but the store is very inefficient. It takes really long to get food every single time. There have been times when I have waited in line for almost 45 minutes to get food. The situation is the same even when I order online for pick up. They never stick to the estimated time. I always have to wait longer than what I was estimated. Also, the tables are never clean. The food is good, but it would be amazing if service was better.
