Reserved this place online so I could visit with my mother who lives nearby. She was in the hospital and we postponed our trip. Sent them notification two days prior to arrival. They cancelled quickly and wrote back to call to reschedule but no cash refund. I have been calling and emailing for two weeks and can't get anyone to pick up the phone, return a phone message nor respond through the rover messaging system. Do not recommend. Very poor customer service.
