My boyfriend and I toured this place recently. The girl helping us was very helpful, wrote a price breakdown for us, and was very honest about her living experience there as well which was great to hear. The price was great, awesome amenities, laundry in unit. Unfortunately we wanted a 1 bed instead of a studio so sadly it didn’t work out. I would highly recommend especially for MSU students!
My boyfriend and I took a tour here during our apartment search and overall this is a super cute little village! The manager who gave us the tour was super friendly and helpful, the 1 bedroom with the den space was super high on our list of apartments because of the extra space. The price, wifi package & shared laundry was why we decided against the place but I would definitely recommend it to other people searching for a nice place to get you by for a little bit.
