A housing management can not be worse that this.
Irresponsible, apathetic and worthless/incapable workers.
Worst check in experience ever. I was given a schedule to collect my keys. I went in time, however, the scheduling has no point. Whichever the schedule one had, had to stand in a very long queue. Stood for ~3 hours and saw how useless the staffs were. Despite seeing the huge line, the apathetic employees didn’t give any heed, used to give keys to a resident and took a break for 10 minutes! After 3 hours, my turn came. Poor me, they didn’t have my keys. I saw they didn’t have keys for many other residents!
And still, after 3 weeks, they haven’t provided us keys. We are living here in a unit we cannot lock! Wherever I go (university, grocery...) our unit and bedrooms are quite unlocked. They never take this issue seriously. Had I not signed for 1 year contract, I would not hesitate for a second to leave this.
Dirty units with almost all things in mean conditions.
Finds way to charge you as much as possible.
They Never respond and address your request and complains. …(just few negatives of many more.)
In their website, there are some reviews that explain how good this housing management is. Don't believe those fake and fabricated reviews. Or if you believe and come to reside here, you will remember these reviews.
