Came in to set up a company. Paid up front for a tax calculation of S-Corp vs LLC. They were probably just too busy, but since then my emails went unanswered, phone calls not returned. I received a few drafts, but had to send them back with revisions. 3 months later I got pretty much what I needed, but overall not the best experience.
