Great experience- probably the only time I will ever fly 1st class. The food was excellent, you could tell it had been prepared with care and thought. The staff were 1st class when it came to ensuring my nut allergy was prioritised. The toilets were cleaned regularly. The only thing that needs improvement is the dark dingy uncomfortable lounge area upstairs - the snacks and drinks available up there need to also improve. Be better if it was light for those who don’t want to sleep but also don’t want to wake everyone with their lights on.

Love this arena- you feel pretty close no matter where you sit. Saw Louis Tomlinson the this week, Cirque du Soleil last year and Niall Horan soon . Seating is comfortable and venue clean and organised.
