Unfortunately this was more of a tourist trap than anything else. Granted I’m sure the 350 euro tour goes way more in depth and you see the factory, but can’t recommend the self tour which was what we did. You’re basically on your own to walk through different levels of a building that have info on the walls for you to read and some videos to watch, which I’m sure you’d learn more about Guinness online. Was really hoping for at least something where we’d see part of the factory, but it was not the case. The tasting part of the “tour” was the best as a person actually gave some insight to Guinness and teaches you the correct way to drink it. Also, don’t recommend booking the last slot on Saturday. The bar at the top was packed so full people were sitting on the ground to drink their “free” pint. 3 stars only for the tasting part and because even with the negative it was still cool to just be there.
Beautiful monument
