I returned my car seven weeks ago and I got a charge for damage to the vehicle. $1200 USD charge. I submitted a picture showing the damage when I received the car and it was not enough evidence. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. When I try to call the number listed online I am connected then the call drops.I already submitted the image and they deemed it was not enough proof. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at this rental location. The phone number automatically disconnects when you try to call. Only way to communicate is via email where there is a 15 business day response.
