Good sandwiches, questionable service.
Cheese was added to my sandwich mistakenly (it was not ordered with cheese). Who I assume was the manager or shift leader was accommodating and friendly. They provided a refund, and offered to make a new sandwich. I appreciate that.
However when I noticed muffin crumbs falling from a tall staff member's mouth as he was eating and talking with his mouth full over the cutting board/sandwich toppings, I made a comment and declined the replacement sandwich.
