Worst branch. Do not visit. Unethical. Disrespectful towards elderly.
I went to Saudi German branch in sharjah, I had fever and respiratory infection. The receptionist Asad ID'ed me and asked for other information to open a file. I gave my details and opened a file. I waited for the nurse to come check me up, nurse Babita. She took my personal information regarding medical allergies and measured my blood pressure, and height. She then sent me to the reception. For some reason Asad asked for another form of identification even though the ID is valid. Why would they process me to waste my time and then ask again? Why not from before? Why would I watch my situation worsen while I entertain the nurse's opinion of whether or not the person in the ID is me! Keep in mind that I was treated at Saudi German Ajman branch various times. I then proceeded to give a review on their review screen, and when I asked for the names of the nurse and the doctor, the doctor raged and started shouting across the entire hall. He even raised his voice and waved his hand to my mom in front of me. Doctor Faisal probably has nothing to do with the file and identification, but his attitude towards me and especially my mother was very heinous. Unethical! Upon my insistence to give a review they said "you are like a brother to us, and that must wait for the PR to solve this issue"! I even saw a review on the screen before mine that said “VERY BAD”. Do not visit this branch. Wasted more than an hour of my and my mother's time while being in pain already to receive more pain watching the staff being unethical towards my mother.
