Best purchase ever! Took a 10-night cruise that ended in Copenhagen. We only had 1 day to spend exploring before spending the night at an airport hotel and leaving super early in the morning. I arranged their service the day before the cruise. Directions were super easy to follow and web app very easy to use. Arrived at my hotel around 5pm of cruise disembarkation after spending the day in the city. My luggage was waiting at the hotel reception desk for me. Would definitely use this service again!
