Being a tea place, they've got better-tasting versions of the classics i like (Earl Grey, green tea, even their matcha which i got a couple times last year was surprisingly decent). I'd recommend trying their proprietary blends, too—when it's in stock i get their Brain Tea (bought a canister for home which is almost out); although the taste is just ok, somehow i feel better after drinking it. It's probably helped with my caffeine cutbacks (and subsequent withdrawals lol).
My sister and i ate here on a Sunday night, April 7th, and the food was *delicious.* I'd just arrived in Italy that day and was hungry and tired. I ordered the catch of the day, and my sister got a seafood pasta... and it's amazing how different food tastes when it's truly fresh! My dish indeed tasted freshly caught, and my sister's pasta tasted homemade. Later in our meal the owner served us our salad and made conversation. Also, the decor was pretty, charming and unpretentious. Overall the meal here was a delightful introduction to the area and a great way to begin our travels.
