I really loved the ambience here, especially this is one of the best place for breakfast, they make nice coffee. Prices are bit high for the portion they serve. I'm also a frequent customer in this restaurant. This time I was little upset with the service and it was not even a peak hour.
The staff was not so welcoming, they are not even greeting or even saying welcome after thanking them. The pancake was slightly burned, the maple syrup and the butter was not served on the side but was poured over. When I asked for an extra syrup and the butter it was charged a lot. The chocolate brownie was delicious. It would be great if the service would be nice.
The staff should be welcoming and check on the customer regularly.
3 star only for the ambience.

Mumbai domestic airport is one of the worst airport in India, it's not maintained at all, washrooms are quite dirty. The hygeine level is 0.
Small but they have good outlets. Which serves varieties of tea and coffee and also other snacks.
They just need to maintain the cleanliness.

Hot and sour soup was quite delectable, lollipop and chicken Tikka masala could have been better, falooda was yummy! Talking about the service it was too lame and the staff were not attentive, maybe they were in a haste to shut the place.

Nice place for south Indian breakfast, Mr. Jeeva the manager is too hospitable and approachable person, he really handles the outlet so well. They should have more options of Chaat because whenever you go they are out of it. Potato in masala dosa can be more flavorful, although dosa is nice and crisp. I would like to highlight about the filter coffee It's really made south Indian style and I loved it.
