Quite a few street parking. Not crowded on a weekday but not sure on weekends. There is no restroom. Part of the trail is steep but not very long. Saw many acorn woodpeckers and some other birds. Had a glimpse of two red-tailed hawks.
Very flat. Saw many bikers, joggers, and hikers. $6 parking fee per vehicle. I think there is a $2 rate for an hour, too. There are limited spots on the street if you don’t mind waking a little bit. I came in mid-August and there were not many flowers as when I came in the spring. The trail can be extended to Vasona Reservoir which IMO a much better park. Nonetheless, great place if you live near here.
Palo Alto Airport

Never flew there but frequent the trails near the airport. Nice to watch propeller airplanes there.
Awesome place! Have seen the huge hangars hundreds of times, if not thousands, on Highway 101. Finally found this museum on Google Map. The museum was right by Hangar 1. You do need a valid ID to pass the security check at the entrance of Moffett Field. The gentleman who gave us the tour was excellent. The exhibits were very impressive. There were also a few decommissioned airplanes outside. Not a huge museum but definitely worth going.

What a lovely place! It wasn’t crowded on a Wednesday morning when I went. I parked on Lexington Street and walked over. Maybe 200 feet? The garden is inside of the campus of Santa Clara University. The place is well maintained. Love everything there - lawn, flowers, trees, buildings, church, museum… My grandson seemed to enjoy as much as I did. Will certainly come back again to see the rest of the campus.
