Bought a toy car with remote controller. There was no battery cover inside. Changed this one for another, another one doesn’t work.
In my third visit to this store this day we check all of the models of this toy - all of them doesn’t work. Tried another model - the same.
Tried to refund money, but can’t because the items were paid from my wife’s ApplePay, not mine.
The manager can’t solve the problem, but made another one with dissaponting conversation with the customer. The worse customer experience.
