I had such a wonderful time at a haunting in hollis. I got my tickets in advanced and when i arrived, the line was super long. I was able to easily upgrade my tickets to vip for 10$ and skip the long line. The staff were all friendly and made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed this experience. I love scary stuff, so this was perfect. I met one of the lovely owners, and she took the time to explain how the business got started and welcomed me back anytime. 5stars!!!!!!!!

Yes the reviews are true! The worst walgreens in NYC. I placed an order for instore pick up. My friend arrives the NEXT DAY to pick up the order and she was told there was no order there. She showed the so called Manager the screen shot of the confirmation and the email which stated my order was ready and the manager claims there was no order at the store. I then called the location and spoke to the same manager who told me that when you order online they ship to the store and that I will have to wait until the package arrived. I've ordered multiple times from walgreens and have never experienced anything like this. The so called manager insisted I made a mistake and for me to contact customer care for a refund. The next day the same so called manager calls me and states that she found the order but it was under a different name. When I told her multiple times that the order was under xx but xx was the pick up person. So unprofessional and I will never order or shop at this location again!!! Fire the whole staff at this location !

Ps.... Big thank you to the customer care rep I spoke to who gladly refunded me and gave me a credit towards a future purchase.!
