Have been coming to this smoke shop for 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars here. I was sold a defunct raw garden cartridge and the woman behind the register wouldn’t replace it even though the cart was full. My girlfriend also attends this smoke shop and spends equally as much as me. I know another 10 people who go here regularly as well. Will never spend another dime here and will tell everyone I know to go to the CBD store across the street instead. Congrats on losing thousands of dollars of business a year because you wouldn’t replace a $65 cart. Hopefully the incompetent woman who refused to replace my FULL cart is fired but either way this is the last time I step foot into this shop. Incredibly disappointed
