Nice forest walk, there's a lot of steps to climb but plenty of places to rest. You are in the shade most of the time so it's a welcome break from the jot sun. Wear footwear suitable for walking on rough ground and up steps and take a bottle of water with you. There are a couple of places to buy refreshments. I recommend using the main entrance and walking to the upper part of the valley as there's more butterflies to see and nicer scenery on that route. Entrance fee is €5 per person. Worth a visit.

A nice Greek restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices. Service was very good and pleasant. I would recommend eating here.
