To be honest, I was actually blown away with the service I received at this location as I haven't had the same experience at other locations- Guillermo helped us with an issue we had with installing our new dishwasher. His patience and care came shining through as he took the time to look through user manuals and ensure we had the right parts so we got it done properly. With his advice, we got our installation done right and we didn't have to go back. He honestly exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds - service is a lost art and many people don't care if they lose a customer but I will say this: where I had no loyalty to any hardware store prior to this, home depot has won over a customer for life solely based on the experience Guillermo provided.
