Worst experience ever. I kept telling the technical that I wanted round square nail and as per the photos it is clearly that is square shape. Even the gap of my finger looks like I did my nails two weeks ago! Moreover, the tech left glue on my nails. So, I went to the next organic nail that is close to this one like 2mins walking from the other one to re-do my nails and I asked if it was the same owner because I wanted to re-do my nails and all I heard was “yes same owner and it will cost again around $55 plus tax” so I have to pay again?! I also asked the technician to keep it natural without so much product and even the length is not the same on every nail. Not even the cuticle well removed.. So, when I cancel the appointment since I won’t pay again for a bad service they just told me “we can give a discount”…. Zero customer service empathy.
