My nails are destroyed. Don’t ever go there! I went to get my bio gel removed and my nails are in terrible shape! They’re so thin they keep breaking and they hurt a lot— I’m literally in tears. My appointment took 2.5 hrs and after I complained about the terrible job, I was met with “go try out another place and see how they apply the nail polish there.” The lady at the front was rude when I booked the appointment and when I tried to give feedback. The least you could expect is a refund/ free session, but no. I had to pay $65 for my nails to be destroyed and for them to look like a 2 year old did them. Not to mention, I’ve only been there twice, and both times they cut me badly. I can say that I will never go back there and you should never go there either.
