Pictured below is the Sweet and Sour Tofu, Kung Pao Tofu, and Vegetable Chow Mein. Both tofu dishes were quite well, I really enjoyed the crispiness and flavor in the Kung Pao Tofu. My only con for this was I wish the Chow Mein had a bit more flavor. Other than that though the service here was great and they had my pickup order ready on time. There are actually a lot of vegetarian options here compared to most places which is great!
They also have a refrigerated section you can buy your own tofu from, along with some other items.

Damn, I haven't had anything this close to Birria in so long. You will not regret stopping by Viva Vegan for this amazing food! I tried the ChimiBirria with Orange Salsa(10/10 flavor). The rice was cooked wonderfully and the portions are quite generous, you can make 2 meals out of it. Definitely can't miss out on the consomé, it's very savory!
I'll have to stop by again before I leave the area, cause you can't really find this anywhere else.

All of them are really good, but if I had to rank the protein options in my order of flavor and texture it'd be:
1.) Carnitas
2.)Carne Asada
3.)Birria
(Didn't get to try the Al Pastor)

UPDATED: Had to go back and try some other options we ended up going with, a Torta de Carnitas, Tacos de Carne Asada & Birria, & Esquite Fries. The torta was filling and loaded with some tasty beans. The Esquite Fries weren't bad either especially with I think it was a chipotle sauce or something. They just had a little bit of a funky vegan cheese flavor, but that's normal with most veg cheese lol.

There were cute bugs in there.
