I found a contracting position through Arrows group, which I am really grateful for. Agent who introduced me to my current company was brilliant. Unfortunately I am not happy with their payment policy. I started working for Centrica in mid February and I got paid only for the first week of contracting. The last week of February is according to the agency going to be paid at the end of April. I have to wait two months for my invoice to get paid. They are excusing that it is due to Centrica payment, but all my other colleagues got paid for the whole February in min March. It is only me who has to wait so long. I was also told that Centrica pays on weekly basis, but I am not sure about. I am a bit worried that this agency has some problems with cash flow. Negotiate your payment before you sing agreement with this agency.
