This place does not look like much as you try to find it from the parking lot but it is one of the best hole-in-the-wall hand tossed noodles I've tried!!
The place is small and minimalistic, the menu is also small as in they only have a few options. However, the flavor you get in each bowl is freakin' delicious! They hand toss the noodles right in front of you, and (depending on the spice level you pick) the broth brings it all together. Even in a triple digits hot summer day these noodles in their delicious broth make everything better.
The boyf and I were so surprised this little joint could be so awesome. Its over an hour drive for us but we are definitely coming back.
