Love the Caps and would love to give these guys a good review, but if you're an out of town fan and are looking to get some type of inventory confirmation over the phone before making the trip, you're out of luck. I have called the arena 8 times and have been transferred to the store all 8 times where I have waited for the phone to be answered for 10 minutes each time before the call just cutoff. To make things even better, there is no way to get in touch over email or social media. I have tried all avenues and gotten no response. I would love to do business with my teams local store but the customer service has been abysmal.
