Unprofessional. Absent minded. Rude. Easily sidetracked. No sense of urgency. Stuck up. Careless. There were FOUR people in line ahead of me, 3 tellers at 9:30am, and it took 70 minutes to get a cheque certified. Horrible for a central downtown location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
