Building a home up in Traverse City put me in a position of dealing with several contractors that were responsible for various jobs. To give an example, 4 days after they installed our 700 foot driveway up a steep hill, which was a technical feat unto itself, a force majeure torrential rainstorm hit and washed out a few edges of the drive. Nik & team drove up to assess the damage within 24 hours. They then fixed the damaged drive free of charge. They also installed an erosion-control system that same week, which has withstood other rainstorms. I'd highly recommend working with Nik for both large & small projects.
