One of the best customer experiences we have ever had. We contact Icemasters as our freezer went down. They got it up and running within hours, we paid the invoice and began using them for maintenance on our facility. Three months after this repair the owner of the company showed up on a Friday afternoon and handed me a cheque for $3000 dollars as they had secured warranty on the compressor. This was unbelievable to me as we were not expecting this, they could have kept the money and we never would have questioned it. In a world where honestly is lacking Icemasters is a step above the rest. We will absolutely be using their services for as long as we continue in business!!
