Having a day where cortisol rising for all types of good reasons. Looking for a short nappy change and feed stop. Knew from previous day's drive all the roses were out in bloom, peaceful and celebratory way to remember our fallen soldiers. We had just been to Beaton Park for the kids and this beaut spot is relaxing, linear and for all who purvey or stay. Cortisol rise caught in perspective when you think of the toil of the fallen.
