High point of the park with mostly good views, except where trees are in the way. You can’t see the old town either as it’s obscured the the central ridge of the park, although you may be able to spot the top of the bell tower.

Small busy local Lidl. Usual range of goods. Good place to shop locally or if you need something quick to eat.

Small shopping centre with a very tall multi-storey piece of indeterminate modern art in the centre. It has two reasonable super markets in the basement.

Historical bridge connecting the north and south of the Spree via the northern tip of museum island. Good views of the river and canal, but note that you can’t get onto museum island or into the Bode museum from it.
