This is a very cute little park, my son and I go here for the playground. There's two playground set ups - 1 for smaller kids and one for bigger kids. And some swings. Very quiet out of the way neighborhood. Usually pretty empty. The only thing I don't like is that there's no fence around the playground area and I worry that my 3 year old will run towards the the street.
There's a pavilion area with a roof, lots of picnic tables would be a great place for a family party. I think you need a permit for it. There is a building with restrooms, however they are always locked.
Overall it's a cute little playground in a quiet area. It's good if you only have one child to keep an eye on.

Perfect calm waters for small children.
No dogs allowed. Roped off waters. The deepest went just below my chest (5'9").
My 2 year old loved it.
2 swings for small kids, Boat in the sand to play on.

We visited again this year and my nail three-year-old still loved it! Very clean Beach and Waters, some other children playing but not many. We had a great time!
